- Position: Material Manager. Directly Report line: Plant Manager. Location: Yang Zhou City, Jiangsu Province. Main Purpose: Lead material department to be an efficient, quick response, action orientation and team work spirits team in fully supporting operation to be world class manufacturing, 100% on time delivery, quick respond, improve customer satisfaction and to ensure stable/balance loading, reasonable stock level control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage entire material flow from raw material purchase to finished product shipping, support new launch as supply chain leader. 2. Lead Customer service, material & production planning, logistics and warehouse management to support customer delivery and smooth plant operation. 3. Cooperate with cross function, continuous driving Material KPI improvement, including OTCS, Inventory Turn, Slow Moving, warehouse inventory accuracy, etc. 4. Material Team development under global and plant manager direction. 5. Material Process and ERP system sound execution and optimization for SOX compliance. Expected Skills & Qualifications: 1.At least 5 years’ materials management experience with an international manufacturer. 2. Strong communication and presentation skills. 3. Solid Ability and “Can DO” attitude to drive KPI improvement. 4. Good planning sense and inventory control with rich ERP system background. 5. Fluent English. (此职位工作地点为江苏省扬州市邗江区李尔工业园，不能接受工作地点的请勿投)
