- "Essential Responsibilities • Manages all aspects of one or more medium sized and/or complex projects from initiation through closure • Develops, sells and implements comprehensive project plans, encompassing project team structure and resource assignment, implementation, testing and training plans, creation of a control plan identifying both business process metrics and IT requirements and ensuring successful transition to support and maintenance teams • Owns all project risk; including time, budget, and scope, and the associated plans to contain and/or mitigate risk" "Qualifications/Requirements • Demonstrated project management skills including project initiation, scoping, resourcing, scheduling, budgeting, risk management and communication • Project management experience in global environments • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to interface and influence at all levels in the organization • BS Degree in related technical discipline or equivalent • Minimum 5 years experience in operations; including no less than 2 years of project management experience Quality Specific Goals: 1. Aware of and comply with the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position. 2. Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines. 3. Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required Desired Characteristics • Black Belt certified • Leadership Training Program Experience (IMLP, OMLP, FMP) • Lean experience"
