- Qualifications: 1. College graduated or above, with major in engineering, leather/crust making 2.Minimum 4 years working experience on automotive industry, QC experience is preferred and at least 2 years supplier quality management experience in automotive industry. 3.Well understanding about TS16949, knowledge on APQP、PPAP、FMEA、MSA、SPC is preferred, internal/supplier audit experience is preferred 4.Fluent English both in written & spoken 5.Good communication skills and interpersonal skills 6.Ability to work independently and under pressure, Business trip with high frequency Functional Job Activities : 1.Participate in supplier quality capability appraisal, select the appropriate potential suppliers. 2.To ensure our supplier to constantly provide satisfying product and service. 3.Participate in local supplier development. Educate the selected suppliers, to ensure they can continuously meet EO requirement and have the capability to provide stable qualified product. 任职要求：
