职位介绍: Job Description: 5G-RAN Hangzhou team, as one of 5G global R&D teams, is new team. By firstly early involving in 5G and telecom Cloud, 5G RAN Hangzhou team is one of the most crucial team to help NOKIA 5G to be the leader in 5G era. 5G-RAN team is looking for an ambitious continue integration and test automation expert who will work in engineering role in 5G SW integration/verification/automation areas. You will be part of 5G-RAN team responsible for SW design, implementation, integration and verification for the next generation base station. You are highly respected expert in your domain area able to interpret business issues and recommend best practices and options in own discipline. Main Responsibility Area: - Design and implement Test Automation test framework as a member of scrum team. - Maintenance and monitoring the test automation framework to assure best quality - Automate the software development workflow as much as possible, by designing and developing tools to reduce CI cycle time - Create requirements and guiding R&D documentation of TA. - Introduce TA practices to daily job - Solve complex engineering problems in different technology areas - Coordinate activities and solutions with other teams and stakeholders working in project/program - Participate in relevant technical studies, share knowledge in expertise areas. Qualifications: - M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent - Good knowledge of Python, bash and Perl - Good knowledge of Jenkins and Robot - Good knowledge of software integration / system verification - Good knowledge of test automation - Good knowledge of IP networks - Good knowledge of SW development methodologies, Eg. Agile/Scrum - Experience in development and testing under Linux - Flexible, enthusiastic, and creative - Self-motivated, target driven and innovative thinking - Open minded and willing to accept challenge - Responsible and committed - Fluent written and spoken English - LTE or WCDMA knowledge is a plus - Experience in 5G is a strong plus - Experience in Cloud is a strong plus
