- 职责描述： 作为耐世特在客户端的代表，提供技术支持。及时响应客户的需求，积极参与客户端问题解决工作，定时定期反馈客户的声音及问题给耐世特内部相关部门。维持客户关系，特别是客户工程部门，在项目获取阶段，及时了解客户的期望，为项目获取做准备。 Responsible for customer technical support as Nexteer representative in customer side; provide timely response to customer request and involve in customer problem solving in active manner; deliver customer issue to CPI engineering timely. Maintain relationship with customer technical department. ; Learn customer expectation supporting new program pursuit. 职责描述： 1.在项目开发阶段，作为客户端的技术联络员。对于苏州工程中心的需求给予快速响应。结果导向，快速反馈结果给内部。 Perform as customer technical liaison during CPI launch. Quick response to any request from STC DRE. Result driven, provide feedback timely as requested. 2.与客户维持很好的关系，特别是工程部门。能够通过客户关系，影响客户并协调客户的内部资源，为耐世特开发工作提供便利。 Maintain good relationship with customer technical department. Be able to coordinate customer resources as support for Nexteer. 3.了解，学习客户的文化和客户公司内部流程，从而给耐世特团队提供指导性建议，使团队做出最佳的策略性决定 Learn customer culture and procedure, give guideline for team for strategy making. 4.及时响应，现场支持客户端的工程问题解决工作 Provide in time, on-site support to any engineering related customer issues. 5.清晰，有条理的描述、报告问题给耐世特内部相关部门，有风险评估意识，能够识别潜在高风险Provide in-time and clear problem description/report to CPI engineer in Suzhou for any risk alarm or potential risk alarm. 6.积极参与客户端问题解决工作，运用逻辑思维能力，有耐心，善于倾听客户的诉求。 Actively involved in customer problem solving activities with strong engineering logic thinking. 7.按时跟进周例会，及其他会议布置的工作任务，并有质量完成。 Follow up the requests from weekly meeting (new pursuit, PDT and resident engineer) and to complete them on time. 8.遵循耐世特全球及本地规定的政策及流程。 Follow Nexteer global and local engineering police and procedure. 9.支持新项目获取相关工作，及时准确了解客户端的需求，要求规范，及竞争对手的信息。 Support new pursuit activities (platform, competitor information, etc.). 10.接受由直接主管安排的其他任务。 Accept other job responsibilities as required by PE Supervisor 任职要求： 1. 本科学士学位或以上，机械工程，机械设计制造，汽车工程及电子电器 相关专业。 Bachelor degree above, major in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation, Vehicle Engineering and Mechatronics, etc. 2. 3年以上汽车行业工作经验，有售后工程师或驻地工程师工作经验者更佳。 3 years experience in Automotive Industry, service engineer or resident engineer experience preferred. 3. 其他技能Other Skills (such as language, technical, software, certification): ①很好的书面及口语英语交流能力，可以清晰流利的用英语描述复杂的任务及问题。可以做简单的英语PPT，理解并能参与英语的会议及讨论。 Good oral and written communication skills in English; can use clear & fluent English to describe complex tasks or issues, and explain facts, practices, procedures, etc. to others; Able to make simple presentation with English PPT, can understand English information from others and participate in English discussions on various topics; ②有工程逻辑思维，能够在问题解析初期运用逻辑思维找到可能的根本原因。 Engineering logic thinking, be able to identify the possible root cause in preliminary stage of problem solving. ③可以阅读图纸，对尺寸公差有很好的理解。 Able to skilfully read blueprints, including a good understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). 公司提供的培训Training 1.电子助力转向系统产品培训 EPS Product Knowledge General Training 2.产品开发流程培训CPI Flow Training 3.产品生命周期管理系统培训 PLM Flow Training 4.E-tool 使用培训E-tool training
