- 1. 根据教学内容、学生实际情况和学生的认识规律，精心设计教学程序。 2. 耐心研究教学方法及课程内容、授课过程，根据CIE教学大纲研究考试方向和考试知识点，定期举行评教。 3.根据学生不同基础、不同需求规划学习方案。 4. 及时了解学生成绩及心理变化，适时调整和优化教学手段并做好课外辅导。 5. 在授课期间适当组织测验活动，检验学生接受辅导的成效，并做出教学质量分析。 6. 参加本学科教研交流，研究和选择先进的教学方法。 7. 服从系主任的安排，完成领导临时交办的任务。 任职要求： 1. 良好的英语听、说、读、写能力。非英语专业，英语要求达到六级；英语专业要求达到专业八级 2. 数学、英语、经济、商务、生物、物理和化学相关专业的硕士研究生及以上学历 3. 具备敬业精神和职业道德操守，性格开朗，具有较强的感召力和亲和力，思路敏捷清晰，做事认真仔细 4. 乐于接受挑战，能够承受工作压力；乐观向上，心怀开阔、具有较强的团队合作意识 5. 热爱教育事业，有志成为老师者 6. 能够承担双语教授A-level相应课程者优先 7. 海归人士及有一线教师工作经验或持有英方A-LEVEL教师资格证书者优先 8. 形象端正、中西文化修养深厚，熟练使用中英文语言 9. 擅长人际沟通，喜欢与人打交道 A - LEVEL Teachers' Responsibilities and Requirements: 1. According to the teaching contents, the students’ actual situations and students' law of cognitions, elaborate on design teaching programs 2. Research teaching methods, curriculum contents and teaching process with patient, according to the CIE teaching syllabus to research directions and the knowledge of the exam, hold regular evaluation of teaching. 3. According to students' different basis and different requirements to formulate study plans 4.Understand students’ grades, performance and psychological changes promptly, adjust and optimize the teaching methods timely and give after class tutorials. 5. During the teaching periods to organize test activities appropriately, to check the effects of students whether they accepct their teaching methods and tutorials or not, and make the teaching quality analysis. 6. Participate in discipline discussion, research and choose the advanced teaching methods 7. Can do jobs as requested by supervisor, complete temporarily tasks assigned by the management For Requirements: 1.2 years related working experiences,no gender requirements, age 25 - 50; 2. Mathematics, English, economics, business, biology, physics and chemistry and other related professional bachelor degree or above; 3.Have the professional dedication and professional ethics;outgoing;have strong charisma and affinity, be orderly and quick in thought and worked earnestly careful; 4. Love education career, willing to accept the challenge, able to work under pressure; 5. Optimistic, broad-minded, have strong team cooperation consciousness; 6. To undertake teaching A - level corresponding courses bilingually or hold the British A - level teaching certificate will be preferable 7. Good at interpersonal communication, like dealing with people
