- Responsibilities - Work with global team to define the headlamp system for APAC market. - Identify China customer needs; support CCP, study benchmark design and communicate with supplier. - Create Part development timing according to master timing in PDP system. - Input requirements to supplier, such as, appearance, interface, function and performance. - Lead headlamp system development (Define component system FO, BO and key characteristics, create BOM & DFMEA) - Release Source packaging for sourcing and supplier technical review; Release components, lead change management (Solution, documentation, cost & timing, implementation), and maintain CCD/ODM. - Tracking tooling and gage development. - Responsible of component level and system level validation (DV & PV). Requirements - BS and above degree in Chemical/Mechanical/Vehicle Engineering. - Experience of 3 years of experience in headlamp system development and release. - Familiar with headlamp system regulation - Familiar with AQP, engineering & quality tools. - Supplier management skills, Lead technical review meeting with supplier. - Good interpersonal skills, team work spirit. - Good English communication skills (fluent in speaking and writing).
