- 职责描述： In charge of J2EE application development, maintenance and quality, mainly covers of - Incident management - Bug fixing and Change development - Small enhancement Create and keep good liaison between ADM & Quality team and other functions in the company and ensures that ADM & Quality services are fully acceptable by the business department and make operation effectively Implement necessary activities to assist operation team to run J2EE applications smoothly, including monitoring, housekeeping and maintain SOP Provide technical support to J2EE applications, such as to solve escalated incident in time within SLA, provide RCA file for P1 issues and realize business requirements on time on budget Develop small enhancement according to IATA ITS standard including develop method, technical selection, coding standard, testing guide, documentation requirement and quality assurance Maintain J2EE technical stack and be familiar with IATA business knowledge, create and improve knowledge stack for J2EE applications Manage outsourcing engineers, assign task to them and supervise their performance to ensure their deliverable on time with quality Fully understand IATA ITS KPI requests, , and provide self KPI statistic report 任职要求： University degree or equivalent; Solid knowledge background of IT and computer science. 2-3+ years of J2EE application development experiences, familiar with Database technologies; 1-2+ years of PHP develop or support experiences; Be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment; Fluent in English and have communication skills to interact with other global teams effectively; Faster learner, problem solver, and team player.
