- Job Responsibility: Conduct replacement training for new joiner nationwide, courses include orientation, business introduction, service training, selling skills, basic product training, category knowledge, etc. To build sales team with solid retail knowledge. To follow training result and monitor staffs’ performance through training tools and routine feedback To build staffs’ company/ team belonging within probation period, and lead team to move to regular stage through group discussion, brain storming, activities, etc. Other new employee caring tasks Position Requirement: HR/ staffing caring function preferred, retail business is better Has passion for training and staffing, be creative, outgoing and be team worker Good communication skills
