Job Responsibility:  Conduct replacement training for new joiner nationwide, courses include orientation, business introduction, service training, selling skills, basic product training, category knowledge, etc. To build sales team with solid retail knowledge.  To follow training result and monitor staffs’ performance through training tools and routine feedback  To build staffs’ company/ team belonging within probation period, and lead team to move to regular stage through group discussion, brain storming, activities, etc.  Other new employee caring tasks Position Requirement:  HR/ staffing caring function preferred, retail business is better  Has passion for training and staffing, be creative, outgoing and be team worker  Good communication skills
