- 职责描述： -Responsible for PCBA Production transfer, PCB supplier transfer and New PCBA Introduction. -Generate project documentation including customer requirements, organization, project situation, risk analysis and project plan. -Project progress monitoring. Project review within project team. Make sure project is on schedule. -Prepare regular project review meeting and project report. -Design Package handling in TeamCenter. Assign tasks to experts for design review. -Lead internal discussion to prevent risks/problems in production line and test. Solutions need to be presented to the customers. -Summarize design review feedbacks to customers. Evaluation and approve the design in TeamCenter. -Material preparation for prototype and pilot. -Prototype and pilot arrangement. -Quotation/costing on product and NRE. -Cost sensitive in project management, design change and problem solving. -Product delivery terms and logistics definition. -Lead project milestone review. 任职要求： -Bachelor or higher degree in electronics or project engineering. -5 years working experience in project management. -Work experience in electronics industry is preferred. -Fluent in oral English. -Certified PMP is preferred. -Ownership and leadership. -Ability to cope with pressure. -Good communication skills.
