职位介绍: 职责描述： • Support the development and implementation of Supply Chain Strategies and systems. • Ensure that the material planning function support the operation in meeting customer requirements, and manage customer demand. • Own a process to continually and systemically review materials management metrics and reports to ensure the planning functions is focused on the right activities yielding optimal results. • Ensure that materials systems are developed and implemented to meet the operation's quality and environmental requirements. • Maintains continuous material supply, including pricing, on-time delivery, tracking excess and obsolete inventory, maintaining appropriate inventory levels and turns. • Reviews production schedules and changes to define the material requirements. Addresses and resolves possible material shortages. • Works with other departments to review and dispose of nonconforming materials. Ensures bill of materials, pricing structure, supplier base, etc., is cost effective. • Control products inventory level as agreed and new product launch support • Effective management for SOP process to continuously improve and optimize. • Reviews employees’ performance and recommends employee compensation; coaches for improved performance and disciplines as necessary. • Interacts directly with subordinates and peer groups. Builds strong internal and external relationships that require exchanging of information and providing explanations in a problem-solving capacity. 任职要求： • BA, BS or equivalent in business, supply chain or related field. • Above 8 years working experience, include minimum 3 years at the management position of supply chain or related function • Strong knowledge of global and regional logistics operations and industry ,g ood organizational and problem solving skills with the ability to changing priorities • Proven track record of successful change management accomplishments, implementing and management continuous productivity and cost reduction programs. • Strong and convincing communication skills in English and Chinese both.
