- Job Description : ITO is a global integration project, PMO stands for project management office, mainly in charge of deploying the global project in China. -Support project manager by providing data analysis and issue management to monitor project progress, solve outstanding interdependency/issue, and deliver required deliverables on time -Coordinating in workshop/meeting organizing, meeting mins recording, and team logistic arrangement -Paperwork on ITO newsletter preparation, and other material translation/preparation Requirement : -At least working for 4 months -Experience in FMCG company is a plus -Fluent in written and reading English, skills in translation is preferred. -Result driven and planning skills are required, knowledge in project management is a plus
