Key responsibilities: - Develop and execute project market penetration strategies to aggressively grow Moen project business in China; - Establish the annual national project sales plan and direct the project sales force to achieve project sales target; - Lead the efforts to establish and maintain relationship with real estate developers, architects, designers, , decoration companies, and related government agencies/organizations; - Develop and manage national and regional strategic customer accounts—key real estate developers, commercial and hotel chains, etc. - Develop and execute training programs in project selling skills for the Company’s and authorized distributors’ project sales force; - Develop and provide suitable selling tools to the project sales forces; - Manage the project tracking system to improve the effectiveness of project sales management; - Ensure action and responsiveness to the customer by taking responsibility for the exposure the customer has with Moen. This includes: Mobilize and lead the Company to respond to customer needs Facilitate the Company’s involvement with customer Includes other departments where their expertise can benefit the customer - Orchestrates the Company’s resources to maximize sales opportunities with strategic customers; - Monitor and consistently communicate to appropriate Moen personnel: business trends, distribution pattern, consumer and trade attitude, competitive practices, and product performance characteristics.
Requirements and Qualifications: - Bachelor Degree or above, MBA is a good plus; - At least 10 years experience in project sales, including 5 years at managerial level, preferably with building material or related industry; - A very high degree of personal and professional integrity; - Language: must be fluent in English and Mandarin - Be confident, have strong presentation skills and possess good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all levels of a customer’s organization - Be results oriented, decisive, accountable, energetic, hands-on, hard working, independent, and a self-motivated team player; - Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously - Substantial traveling within China may be required;
