1. Reporting (1)Consolidate and re-checking every brand’s finance reporting of budgeting, forecasting; set some reporting rules, reporting template designation; (2)Uploading the reporting to finance system to global Finance team; (3)Kinds of ad-hoc reporting from system or manual for all brands and departments.
2. Planning (1)Back-office departments’ expense reporting, needs to co-work with AP/AR/GL teams on relevant reporting data checking (e.g., accrue). (2)Back-office departments’ cost allocation.
Requirements: 1.Bachelor degree major in finance or accounting 2.CPA certification is a plus 3.5 years of relevant work experience (Analyst level) 4.Strong analytical and good English language skills 5.Team work player with outstanding inter personal skill 6.Exceptional PC skills, particularly with MS Office applications, and a working knowledge of enterprise wide software systems.
