The main responsibilities of Senior Manager – Learning & Development span the areas of talent startegy, performance management, people engagement, solution development and facilitation/ operational aspects. The role will work with all leaders to identify, develop, tailor, and provide talent development solutions to enhance the skills and competencies and drive the individual and team performance for business units across China region. This role will be responsible for supporting HR Business Partners in implementating the regional learning, development, performance improvement, and people engagment related projects.
