Talent Acquisition Advisor Responsibility: 1. Regularly sort out key talent hiring needs and devise recruitment plans according to the company’s strategic development; 2. Responsible for the recruitment, evaluation, selection and communication of strategic middle to senior positions of the company and each BU; 3. Responsible for the management and development of high-end recruitment channels, building and improving the company's competitor talent pool, planning and making effective recruitment programs, improving the recruitment process, and completing recruitment targets; 4. Establish and improve talent mapping of the target companies in the industry, as well as building talent pool and tracking talent flow.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, oversea study or working experience will be a plus; 2. At least 5 years recruiting experience in the internet industry, headhunter background will be a plus; 3. Proven success and ability to use a variety of recruitment tools in full cycle recruitment process, and demonstrate thorough understanding of relevant laws and regulations; 4. Have professional knowledge and skills in HR planning and allocation methods, job analysis, talent assessment, recruitment interviews, etc. 5. Excellent communication skills, approachable, insightful and have an analytical mind-set; 6. Quick thinker, self-driven, results-oriented; 7. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability;
