30%- Implement blended leadership training programs to build up future leadership pipeline
ü Collect and analyze leadership learning needs from multiple Brands and Functions, develop training plan include program development plan and execution plan, lead vendor to roll out training programs and provide the best blended training experience.
ü lead variety training program design, design training framework that can clearly address the training objective, conduct interviews and focus groups, develop cases, write training materials and facilitation guides.
ü Deliver in-classroom training and TTT other trainers.
ü Data analytics to improve the training effectiveness, ROI.
ü develop training related platform include e-learning platform, mobile-learning platform.
50%- Lead and execute Talent Mobility Program to develop mobile talents and build up robust talent pipeline in China and Global, including
ü Well understand talent mobility status and strategic business needs
ü Smoothly Manager the programs by partnering with China and Global stakeholders
ü Be Consultant of talent’s individual development opportunities/actions
ü Leverage multiple resources to establish Mentoring/Buddy/Coaching program for talents
ü Design and lead onboarding plan and learning programs to support talent successfully complete international assignment
ü Lead/manage the changes during programming
ü Measure the IOR and KPI of program
20%- Drive Talent Management and Development activities to build up high-performing organization, including succession planning, talent planning, performance management, IDP, Diversity & Inclusion, etc.
