Purpose of the Position: This position is responsible for supporting the overall business strategy and supporting business growth by developing APACemployees by means of effective and timely Learning & Development initiatives. Furthermore, the role is to develop and enhance the business' talent and develop Company's future leaders.
This position is responsible for: . Ownership, development and implementation of the APAC L&D function including the processes, tools, platforms, content and approaches . Continuously analyzing the training requirements of employees at all levels as well as anticipating development requirements in response to business strategy plans . Developing a APAC L&D strategy in support of the organizational and people development requirements . Working closely with Regional HR Leads in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs and modules to meet existing and potential learning and development needs withfocus on providing value to the organization . Managing the Segment L&D budget .Implementing the Learning Management System (LMS) and developing eLearning content as part of a blended learning approach . Evaluating the return on investment on all training programs to ensure that L&D adds value to the organization . Working closely with Group HR Development, ensuring training initiatives are aligned with and support Group HR L&D objectives

Degree of Complexity/Degree of Freedom: . High degree of freedom in APAC L&D strategy providing it is in line with Group L&D strategies
Knowledge and Experience . Bachelors degree plus professional HR or L&D certification . Overall 10 years+ with at least 5 years progressive experience in designing and leading L&D initiatives . Experience with integrated learning platforms and LMS development . Excellent presentation skills as well as exceptional communication skills . Strong interpersonal skills with influencing capabilities . Advanced computer software skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point . English Fluent
