Reporting to: Direct: General Manager Supervisory Board and Board of Directors
Job Functions: • Trusted to deliver excellence to our customers, stakeholders and shareholders • Strongly support and achieve the group’s Finance & Controlling objectives as well as ensure profitability and growth path of the company. • Lead the HR & IT function and implement best practices & standards. • Providing leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives • Directing and overseeing all aspects of Finance & Accounting, Cost Engineering, HR and IT and delegate work duties to attain targets • Oversee and advise the company regarding corporate policies and procedures • Ensuring that effective internal financial controls are in place and strongly ensure compliance with Chinese GAAP & IFRS and applicable local regulatory laws and rules for financial and tax reporting • Oversee Forecasting, Planning and Reporting of financial statements and KPIs • Reviewing the progress towards achievement of financial targets, as defined by the Joint Venture Business Case. • Ensure a high level of accuracy and quality in presentations, data and reports Required: • Postgraduate university degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering and 7+ years of finance experience in the production industry. MBA and/or CPA highly desirable • 5 years’ experience in a leadership/management position • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation. • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization by having a strong focus on customers, shareholders and employees • Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses.
